My Workshops: An Introduction
Here’s a general list of the workshops I regularly conduct. Some are specific to my long-term clients, but are adaptable to any type of organisation. Others are specific courses I teach at the Australian Institute of Management, and require participants to register and pay through its website. (I don’t conduct every course at AIM, but contact me if you want to know which course I’m next scheduled to teach. When I have confirmed at other RTOs, I will add them in the future to the list below.)
For private clients, I personalise the content to the organisation’s culture, internal or existing methodologies, and the needs and skills of the participants. For all workshops, regardless of client, I offer attendees six months of free consultation afterwards to ensure they can apply the principles and lessons in their roles.
Go to the Contact Page if you’d like to get more information about a workshop, including an initial agenda or estimate, or discuss how the materials could be tailored or adapted to your organisation. For more information about the AIM course, contact me directly, or feel free to call AIM Student Services to enquire more about all courses, at 1300 658 337
